A vehicle SGDX0XX got into a accident in the early hours this morning. driver is a 23year old uni student.

The only child in the family. from the 100+ meters trail of damage, the WRX must be travelling farking fast when it lost control. knocked 2 taxis, some lamposts and uprooted 2 trees.

SRS all activated but whole car was wrecked and burst into flames. trapped and died inside the wrecked cabin. his newfound girl friend was lucky to have escaped death when he dropped her off after which go tuas with friends.

It was a hell of a day...

D.B was down with flu for the last few days and I get to cover his nite duty for the night.

Some funny guy took in too many appointment causing the places to be flooded...

Then, there is this funny customer that keep insisting that I should let him jump the queue and fix his problem 1st, He keep telling me it's my problem on what to tell the people with appointments that is in the queue waiting.

No matter how hard I tried to explain to him, he just can't get the facts right. (I told him I am unable to deal with breakdown due to short of man power and the place is flooded with so many people with appointment waiting)

I manage to get some1 to look into and fix his problem, when things settle down... and the next thing I knew he and his saleman ganged up and screw me for making him to wait.

The sale later told me that she will speak to the manager / management whatever...

Ask me it I give a shit about it... I'm die-ing to see what the top brass say about this...

Today is another... whatever, I got another call from this Mr R.S (Who IMHO, this monkey is a blood sucker) telling me that his god damn car keep having white sports on an area after a repair that was carried out, when what the repair we did has nothing to do with the wing mirror.

The best part is this clown will go all out to get what he wanted... calling my teammate names, banging tables, demanding to speak to the bosses... Aiyah you name it...

Sometime I wonder what the point of making other people's life suck? for the fun of it? You should looked at the condition of the body and paint work of his car and you know what I mean... after a year plus over he complainted that there are paint work defects after sending the car to the workshop, but the panel he wanted to be repair is not the ones in our system's records...

Funny day in the office... at 1 side I have the customer chaseing like mad for a car (which got into an accident) on the other side I have the QC guy that seem to have some personal shit with the paint and panel beating guy... because the QC guy keep rejecting the car for some reasons and that nearly cause a fight to break out.

As if the story ends here, Funny QC guy further came telling me that the shock absober is faulty, the brake is soft and the exhaust is choked... The funny thing that keeps me thinking is "what the hell is wrong with this "Funny Guy"?"

I mean the accident only damaged the front bumper and the next thing I know all the above-mentioned stuff went "dead"? And how the hell he knew all the mentioned is fried when there is not sight of leaking no roller and absober and exhaust test carry out? What is this guy? GOD?

Then I have "Funny customer" who wanted to KIV the repair because he "needed" to "use" the car over the NDP, but the next thing I know is the car is sitting at the very parking lot and the owner did not give a shit to call up and inform us until I cross check all the car key againest all the car we are holding, Funny thing is he did not turn up for the car, did not call to inform us the car is still with us and did not answer the call many time I tired to call him... when the car can be ready in the 1st place should he DID NOT pull this funny stunt...

Guess "THE SHOW" is "ONLY BEGINED"
