Some funny guy from the cab company send in the car for service today and complain that the cab is pulling left when he let go both hands on the steering wheel, I was like Did I heard this monkey wrongly or is this clown trying to be funny?” And so I asked him that if a Traffic Police is riding / driving beside him will the vehicle still pull left? He took a while to answer me but by then he agrees that there is nothing wrong with the vehicle.

Mr N.D called me at 0925Hrs and told me that he will be sending his car in at about 1000am to repair 1 of the faulty power window, I went for my lunch at 1230hrs as he did not turn up at the agreed time, at 1242hrs 1 of the I.N called me but I did not answer the call but later I.N send my a SMS telling me that N.D is here.

I went to the showroom at 1330hrs and took in the car I got my foreman Mr J.F to send the car to the workshop to carry out the repair and this is where when all hell broke loose….

Mr N.D started his same old 20 questions with me again, why do we have to replace the clutch pressure plate when we overhaul his clutch system at 110000km and why he has to replace his tire at 60000km.

Then he go on saying that the car did not live up to it name… so on and so fore, and not matter how I tired to explain to him, he did not want to accept the fact that whatever he replaced it is due to fair wear and tear until I give up and told him that he can complain to whoever he wish as there is nothing I can do to help.

He then left the my office and told me that he will collect the vehicle at about 1700hrs but at about 1715hrs his wife called me and told me that she can only collect the vehicle only by tomorrow when bloody hell I can go to the PDI to collect the touch paint for Mr N.S should I was informed early.
