This stupid service manager 5 min did not inform us that the course for today has been cancelled and now my foreman and technician is shaking leg and bloodily hell, if I have been informed earlier would have not block all the appointment for today… how and I going to account for all the idle time for today?

Basket... I went for late lunch and I run into my GM at around 15.40hrs because there is a stickey customer that is giving me hell from 11.30hrs. "shit, I wonder what is going to happen next?

Some Accessories guy is coming down to install the blue tooth car kit for 1 of our test drive car and K.T wants me to learn how to install and how to operate the car kit… at 1st, I thought I only see and learn how to fix… ended up the guy didn’t even have any tools to remove the radio head unit… The best part is both my foreman and mech take cover when they know that this guy is comming today to so call "install" the kit, basket, I can't believe that I'm so stupid to believe that I just "watch and learn" shit when am I going to be smarter than that?

W.T.F man end up I’m the A$$ hole who is the 1 fixing up the car kit! You know what? I started at 16.00 hrs and only manage to get it fixed about 19.25 hrs… basket wonder that who is going to be paying for this extra job and over time on this? And to made matter worst there is no wiring diagram, and I was like trying to guess my way though all the wiring…

Haiz… nowadays it seems like everyone is making me to drop my donuts and “really” work extra hard for my pay … I feel like telling many people who convenience pass me their work as if I really own them a living, “your job, my pay and as if I care about it…”
