Mr K.H send in his car for service when in fact he came in wanting to claim warranty for something, His complaints, Engine no power and noisy, Air Cond compressor and blower noisy AND the steering vibrating when braking at 80-90km.

Upon checking it was found that there is nothing wrong with the air cond system and the engine noisy is cause by the engine oil not topping up enough by the 3rd party workshop he send to service the last time. We are able to tell that the car was service because the 3rd party workshop had put in an after market oil filter.

Then it was found out that that workshop mechanic that he had send his car to had under top up the engine oil but over top up the battery water causing the acid to spill out the battery and damaging the starter motor and the gear box casing.




Sometime I really wonder what’s wrong with there people who we called them our customer, they wanted to save some money by sending their car to a 3rd party workshop for service but they did not know did the workshop they send their car to know what they are doing?

Anyway the steering vibrating when braking is caused by the brake disk warped and so I replaced it and send Mr K.H parking after he paid for it .

K.T wanted me to sign out a car that was sold by 1 of our dealer as the PDI manager there likes to do things the hard way, and so it is agree that I will settle the flap pole mounting thingy 1st then I will take over the car from PDI and make the Towing guy take over the car at 1230hrs.

And so I went with S.T to the some workshop at A.V as we needed to get some1 to make a bracket to hold a flap pole for a car that he just sold. After knowing that all the workshop there is only dealing with either body repair or servicing, we move on to S.M road only to find out that the only place we can try our luck is at the A.M.K auto point.

At last we got there and found the shop…

While on the way going to PDI, K.T was calling me like mad and he wanted to see my sorry @$$ in the office no matter what I am going at that very moment and so I return to office “Just” to let him “see” my face…

After which I went with G.N to the PDI as S.T mentioned he might as well get some of him paper work done since he is back in the office.

I got to the PDI with G.N at 12.30hrs only to found out that all the people had left for lunch, the funny part is K.T arrange with the dealer to send the towing guy at 1300hrs when he KNEW that our lunch time is from 1230hrs to 1330hrs!

I end up have to hunt for the car and car keys and check for any defects and sign out for the car. As if this is the end, I have to shift 5 cars out of the way before I can drive out the car that the towing guy is coming for and after which I have to shift back the 5 car to how they are parked in the 1st place.

It was 1315hrs and the towing guy is nowhere found and I was standing under the hot afternoon sun waiting for that towing guy as I am worried that he may just take off should him can’t find me.

K.T then called me and asked me hows everything? I nearly screamed at him for making me going for a suntan when I should be having my lunch nap. Anyway, I told him the towing guy is nowhere to be found and if that dumb @$$ still don’t show up in another 10 min time, I am returning to office.

Just when I said this, the Dumb @$$ suddenly appear from nowhere and I left after I hand over the car to him…

I got back to office to collect 1 of my customer’s car only to find out that the car went missing and it seems to me that some1 took the car out for a spin because the numbers I recorded this morning when I took in the car is out by a lot of different, and to make thing worst this owner is not a dumb @$$ as he is very careful with his cars.

Shit… all this will not happen if I am not arrow to do all the shitty stuffs. And all this is thanks to… “sigh” I gave up…
