G.G owner Mr M.S came down around 1518hrs when we agreed to meet up after lunch around 1330hrs. But as I am busy with some other customer, I left him in my foreman good hands. To check out the defects he mentioned.

The funny thing is that he complain that there is vibrations when the engine is at idle or when he put in the reserve gear, my foreman test drove the car and check the car with the diagnostic tool and found no abnormality in the car but he just keep insisting there is something wrong with the car even we told him that he can take our showroom car for a spin to reassure him that everything is in order.

Then he goes on and on that he has lost faith on us because some Dumb @$$ at the PDI has fitted his tires wrong and keep asking me what I can give him for this Sh!t.

And the funny thing is his brother keep asking me to fix the car when there is nothing wrong with it and they still kicking up the fuss even after I did the test drive and plug in the diagnostic tool in font of him to prove to him every thing is in good order.

Anyway this M.S brother keep pushing me to prove to him in writing that the car is fine and it will not give problem the next few year it not I must resign from office, I wonder WTF is wrong with this 2 dumb @$$ but I told the 2 of them this is a 2 different issues.

At last I got both J.N and K.T to talk to this M.S and I guess managers words carry more weight and this Dumb @$$ accepted the same explanation given by me and the managers and left with his God damn car…
