Raining...

L.T customer Mr E send in the car last evening at 1800hrs, complaing about some defects on the car and 1 of the complain that send me to the floor is the he wanted to claim warranty for the front bumper which was damage by him in an accident. He told me told he should not be paying since the car is less then a week old. I told him that there will be a charge of $XXX to remove and knock back the bumper mounting and to realing the bumper. and he told me to carry out the repair

Then I got a call from L.T screaming at me why the owner have to pay for the repair when the
car is still under warranty, and why this why that? the funny thing is that her call the manger and asked for thing to be done when she did not even care to sent the car to the PDI, I was telling myself that this L.T is either being funny or trying to be funny.

1st thing 1st if she wanted to pass the sh!t to me, then its my call on how things to be carry out, and if I call the owner and he agreeed with the repair cost, she should not be calling the manager to kick up a fuss, lastly what the need of buying insurance for the 1st 2 year of the car if 1 can even claim warranty when the damage is caused by the owner banging the car?

Case of a X file? you tell me...
