I Guess being Kids today is no easy job...

I was told by my foreman that this Mr J.L come yesterday while I'm leave and complained to him and my warranty manager J.N, that he feels that there's something wrong with his car gear box.

What happen is this Dumb @$$ put in a after maket ATF cooler at a 3rd party workshop and somehow due to some reason the rubber hose burst and the ATF oil went leaking. (I found out what happen from his posting in 1 of the forum)

Ok, 1st thing 1st, this funny guy send an email to the factory complaining that we told he that we will void his car warranty should he choose to service his car at any 3rd party workshop or should him modify his car even before he sign the sales agreement! and when the factory told him what we told him is correct, he turn around and post in the net that we gang up on him with the factory on his warranty issues!

Anyway, he told us that he is never going to send in the car for any service and we can shalf the warrany up where the sun does not shine.

Then after he collected the car he came in 1 day kicking up a big fuss about his left wind mirror because the moving gear has broken. and wanted to claim warranty for it, when he knows for himself that he broke it while trying to stick on a con-cave mirror (which till date he still say it not his fault)

I made this monkey has sign a undertaking letter that he is made known to warranty is void if there is any mod to the car and if the car is not service by us, now this monkey still wanted to claim for the gear box after he did a ATF cooler outside and sent the car to a 3rd party workshop for service and the hose has broke causeing the ATF to leak?

Well, I guess he did not engage his brain when he told us to take the warranty and shaft it up our @$$.
