I was told that H.F has submitted his walking cert to the dumb @$$ manager Mr 25 Kid… and has ended his tour with the company, with a better pay job with less shit…

I was talking with C.S.L about it today and as usual I was told to hold on when I asked him about any opening at his office.

This dumb @$$ Mr S.B called K.T today again, about the “foul smell in the cabin” (but in actual fact there’s none) but this time he came straight to point that he wanted a new set of leather seats replaced for his 1 year old car.

The best part is he called up yesterday telling 1 of the sales guy that he wanted to sell off the car, because of the Foul smell, (yeah, he can dumb the car into the sea for all I care…) I guess he end up not selling the car after the sales guy informed him that he will loss until he become a snake in him sell he car now as he bought the car at the high point of the COE and he had taken a high loan.

I told both J.N and K.T that these customer has been trying his @$$ luck for the past 1 year by from mentioning there is a foul smell in the cabin when turning on the air cond to there is a foul smell in the cabin after the car has been parked for a few hours.

Anyway, I called Mr S.B up and asked him to send in his car tomorrow so as to confirm again this time with him in person what’s the foul smell?

K.T asked me to either let his boys into the filing room or I have to give him the customer records list to him, I went over to the marketing side and got L to help me to print out a list of a the customer that we had…

While doing so I realized that actually K.T system can do that, so I return with the print out and I return to office and I told K.T about it and show him that what can his system do, when in the 1st place I was not even trained… sometime I wonder what the bosses is doing when they went for the system training or they must be spoon feed for something that they can do themselves in the 1st place?

Or worsted… the bosses is trying to make my life in the office a living hell?
