Bloody dumb @$$ salesman messed up my files in the filing room, when I went to the filing room to check for a record today, I wonder are these sales people stupid or what? They took out all my files and leave them lying around over the place because they wanted to call the entire customer that we currently had and ask them to change their car...

I really must thanks the "master mind" that had come out with this "great move" didn’t he knew that the current owner that we had all got their car at a high price when they bought the car. And they are sure to get their hands burn if they were to change the cars now and further more which customer is going to be happy that they have to lose so much money within 2 years...

It's like opening a can of worms to me, and I did not know that there are people stupid enough to pull such a stunt like this...
