Raining...

I was told today that that have replace the course date for Lim by the trainer from tomorrow to today by S.H, boodly hell, who the hell am I going to ask to service the cars that make booking today?

Mr L.B came this morring today because some rubber strip came of so I offer him to stick them back but I told him there is 1 that I can’t do anything because there is a tear and I am sure the tear is not cause by us because we do not use the kind of glue to secure the rubber that drop off.

He then agree that it was him who had put on some carpenter glue on the damage area and when I looked at the damage area that he apply the glue I notice that the area is harden and that could be the reason that cause the rubber to tear and crack he agreed that he will pay for the replacement of the part after I told him my reason.

Things is not the same when he came to collect the car in the noon… he came with some1 who claim to be his brother demanding to see my manager because he feels that the part should be replace under warranty.

I told him that I have informed the owner about the repair cost and he has agree with the repair and reason given and now this? Then he start telling me that he wanted this lah that lah and he will write to the papers lah get a lawyer to sue us lah and it just goes on…

Then he further told me that the CD player is faulty and we did not do anything to it, He shut up for a while when I told him that the owner did not mentioned anything about the player when he send in the car in the morning.

Anyway I told him 1st thing 1st, I can remove the set if it is agreeable with the owner and sent it for inspection and the repair will be at no cost to him should the player is not temped with.

2nd thing, my boss is out and I will ask he to give him a call when he is back in the office, and thank god I manage to send him off after his brother pay for the bill.

Before he left he told me that he always win by banging table with his agent and he see no reason why he should not win in this case...

Well, I guess this is a another guy who had alot of stress at work and home

When J.N came back to office I told him what happened and he told me that he will sort it out with the owner.
