Ha… interesting day I must say… A.T confronted me on why I did not answer or return her call after office hours last night… I guess she is missing the point that the cell phone belongs to me and I have the right on to pick up the call or not be it durring or after office hours...
And by the way I really wonder is this a game? Or a test? and is she stupid or what? After what she has done ganging up with wonder boy to set me up? I must still answer her calls?
Just look at the SMS she send me last night, and I’m still suppose to talk to her?

There are two lady who came for interview today and 1 of them is wonder boy bady sister, K.T later wanted me to sent the other lady to main office to be interview by the sales manager there...

M.J called me to help with an accident claim customer as both T.M and S.H is in some meeting today… Sob, Sob...why is it always must be me?
The best part is I can’t find some of the paper work because either some of it is put under lock and key and some is I don’t know where the hell the stuffs is.
I end up having to run to both T.M and S.H office to get some of the paper work done… and I am having problem with the E-filing thing because I can’t log in if there is another person working on in.
While doing so I have to do the brake roller test for my customer who had complained that the brake is not efficient to prove to her is the tire that is causing her car to ski in her MSCP on raining days.
After I sent Ms H, off I came back to this accident case owner only to find out the stupid printer is not working ….
Haiz... then Su came into J.Ns office while I am using his printer to print the accident report, and told me that there is a ang mo owner asking is his car ready for collection?
I was... Huh? I don't recall taking any ang mo car...but after 15 min of hunting high and low... it turn out to be a mis-understanding that ang mo car share the same car number with 1 of my customer car send in yesterday... More WAN LAO...
Just when I thought the worst is over this customer of wonder boy Mr.C came, and demand to have his battery replace under warranty, at 12.15hrs.
He starts screaming at me after I told him that the battery is not covered because 1, he is the 2nd owner of the car and 2, this car service was not carry out by us…
Later, he told me he will do the service with us but wanted it to be done today, I told that our show time for sat is up to 12.30hrs and he start to scream again, saying that I always make things difficult for him.
I told him off that in the 1st place he always comes on sat day without any appointment and further more the time he came is always near to our closing time, and so I asked him who is making things difficult for who now?
At last, he agreed pay for the battery 1st and we will refund him the cash when he comes for the service on next Saturday.
Thank God... Is time to knock off and is all over... I hope...
