MS J came for the car serving today but she had the car send to the wrong place, I end up have to go over to the main office and pick her up and ask her to wait at my office.

I called this Bloody Mr Chua on his cell phone at 0950hrs when he did not turn up as agreed at 0830am -0845 hrs for his car service but he did not pick up the phone.

At last he came at 1055hrs and I just took over the key from him because he is “busy” talking to A.T our sales girl. I sent over the car the work shop and waited for Ms J car to be ready.

As per normal there are a lot of car waiting to be wash after serving and so I told my foreman and mech to drive the car back to my office even if the car is not wash by 1230hrs… after that I went back to office with Ms J car and I sent her packing after she paid the bill.

I did not know what happen but the car did not came back at 1245hrs, and so I called my foreman only to be told that the car is washing at that moment and it will be ready soon.

If was then this @sshole came screaming at me that we have taken too much time for the car service, I reminded him that I told him that he was informed that for this service, we will need about 2 hours. And that did not include the foreman test drive and the car wash and he send in the car at 1055hrs this morning, and by the way I will not be paid over time for waiting together with him.

He then make noise that I cannot not be found and question where I was during that time, this goes to shown how stupid this mr chua is 1st thing he know how to ask my sales girl to call me at 1055hrs when he got to my office. then the collection silp I give him has my cell number so why come he call me if he need to know what I was?
Anyway at that point of time I was at the main office meeting with my warranty manager J.N.

At last the car came back at 1310hrs, he then told me that I should had informed him when the car will be ready in the 1st place and later call him to collect the car when it ready when I took over the key from him at 1055hrs this morning. The funny part is he did not blame himself for sending the car so late at 1055hes but he blame me on the “long waiting time” and like today case if I were to call him at 1305hrs informing him the car is ready, I wonder what time I have to wait for him until he get to my office?

Total time from the time he sent in the car at 1055 hrs to the time he collect the car at 1317hrs with the car washed that was about 2hrs 12 min.

Is it a too much time to ask for a normal car service to be done on a sat? I guess that too much for this Mr Chua.
