Raining...

I got into a pitch black office because a black out has happen, blood hell I manage to reset the part of system but by the time it was 0805hrs when I punch my card.

There is a funny part that I cannot understand is the 4 shutter door in the building will auto shut down when the fire alarm is activated and I wonder what the hell is going to happen it there is a real fire and the main door is not open before 0830hrs and the cleaner lady is trap there while cleaning up front area of the showroom?

Some monkey from the building alarm company call up and my foreman happen to pick up the call and check with him is there a fire or is it a false alarm? I have a hell of a good laugh about it for 2 reasons…

1. If there is a fire every1 will run the hell out of the building and watch the fire work outside of the building, and who the hell will stay inside and answer the call?

2. If there is a break in how can they be sure the monkey who pick up the call is a staffs and not some clown that is here for “Shopping”?

K.T asked my why the lift is not working and the lift alarm is ringing non stop. I told him that the black out has caused the lift to hang and to reset it some1 must run up to the roof and reset the lift from the lift engine room.

He gave me a funny look asking why the hell I did not do that, and I told him I’m not going out in the rain climbing into the engine room and get my @ss kick if there is a short circuit like the last time I tried to reset the lift in the rain.

God know I may not be as lucky as the last time by not ending in a black bag when I got short circuit while trying to reset the 2 lift the last time on a raining day.

Anyway, ask me if I give a shit about it?

Then there is this Ms B.K who called up and wanted to claim warranty for her CD changer when the car is already 1 year 4 month old. No matter how I explain to her she just cannot accept the fact that her radio warranty is long over. And so I told her that if she wants she can go to our radio sub con to try her luck with them.

I don’t know what the hell some monkey told her when she call them up and they ask her to go to the main office and her went there and kick up a fuss, after which she came over to my office and start screaming at me…

Mr W.C told me that he will be needing the car over the weekend and he will be sending the car for the sensor which I went to collect on sat 1st thing this Monday, He called me yesterday telling me that he is busy in the office and cannot sent in the car yesterday.

The true is he send the car to a 3rd party workshop trying to repair the car base on the info I gave him when he came to collect the car last fri, He called me non stop until 2200hrs on my cell phone when the workshop failed to start the car after they replace the said sensor last night.

I told he to tow the car back to my office and I will look into it 1st thing in the morning today

I called he to collect the car by 1700hrs but he only came 1745hrs and after that he start telling me that he got no money to pay for the repair and tell me that either I take a posted dated cheque from him or I let him take the car 1st and he will settle the bill when it is his pay day.

I told him that is the company stand that I can’t let me collect the car if there is no payment, and I have to nag with J.N to give him a better discount and after 2 hrs he got his wife to transfer the cash into his account for the payment.

Just look at what the hell the 3rd party workshop did to his car. They cut some wires of the car but after they fail to fix the problem they also fail to tape up the wires, I wonder what will happen if something is shorted and the car catches fire?

While at that this stupid Mr B broke the key lock of the driver’s door and go the key struck on the door, I told him that the workshop is close and he can leave the car overnight in the workshop and we can got the workshop to carry out the repair tomorrow, he then starts to tell me that since I am still around I should help him and he cannot leave the car in the workshop as he need the car on a daily basics.

I end up spending another hour remove the door board to remove the key that have jammed on the lock…

And to make matter worst he refused to pay for the job done when I present him the bill.

Bloody hell, I guess I must collect payment next time from all the owner sending the car in for repair or service before I carry out any job...
