Raining


Bloody wonder boy did it again yesterday by bringing Mr K in after office hours. This bloody SOB just pass me the shit when he should be the 1 to sent the car to the PDI as it is the office stand that the sale person is the 1 to send and inform PDI of such problems within a month upon the collection of the car by the owner .

The funny thing is that Mr K complained that the radio has some problem but he did not mention that he had put in a sound woofer and power amp.

Next he complain that there are stain marks on the front right door and rear right fender but upon the inspection of the vehicle by the PDI manager it is found that the door paint work has no defect and the rear fender stain is due to the spillage on the fender while pumping of the petrol at the gas station.

The best is yet to come… Just when I though that everything is over I was inform by my mech L.W that this Mr K have a “LIVE” wire for the amp running under the car carriage! (Refer pic1)


And some clown had remove 1 of the rubber plug to run in another wire for the woofer (Refer pic 2) WTF? I wonder who is going to answer for this shit when water starts to leak into the cabin as the plug shown here is to prevent water going into the car cabin.

Power!!! I have check with the sales, warranty, PDI manager and all three of them tell me “warranty voided”

K.T told me that there is 2 car that he need to bring to the office from the PDI because there will be a road show tomorrow. And as usual I was arrow to bring the 2 cars down. The catch here is that there is only 2 trade plate in the show room but I can only drive 1 car at a time.

So… I went up with G.G to the PDI and he helped me to drive 1 of the cars back to the showroom, but the problem is that there is 1 more car that I need to bring back well I end up going up to PDI with my foreman to bring the car back to the showroom on a 2nd round…

WTF… I spending more time on the road that in the office, I wonder when the hell I really got time to finish up all my outstanding paper work?

Ms L send in her car for serving today and bloody hell she did not tell me that she has a God Damn free service letter goodwill from the Ex- sales manager A.L .

I even check the God damn sales agreement this morning and there is nothing mentioned about the free service goodwill then now out the blue this Ms L pull out a such a letter…

Wah lao… Now I have to do credit note because I have close the bill under the customer account…
