Sunny…

I got up today and begin to think real hard… Am I going to spend the rest of my life working for this company? I check out the papers today for job listing, but very sad to say either the pay is shitty or I do not have what it take for the job…

There is a saying every 10 years you must reach a pit stop, the 1st 10 and 20 years you must get good paper qualification and settle down, by the 3rd 10 years you should be somebody or have a good career and see the result… this year mark my 3rd 10 years and I still not anywhere near there yet.

Getting worried I start thinking of being my own boss… I have talked to a few of my customer about starting out and they are very nice enough by offering to lend me a hand… I just don’t know why and what I don’t feel good about this, which keeps holding me back…

I talked to B.W and we agreed that A.W has no intention to change the car but the fact that he is taking us for a ride, I told B.W that we should stop calling him and when the next time this A.W calls up… then it the time that we will turn the table against him

Lim.W called me up today to inform me that he will be taking the am leave this morning I guess I am not the only one going for interviews after all…

K.T lay down his rules of engagement for the sales people today and I guess many people are not happy about it… Good that the way it is… I always tell people 1 good turn deserves another and now the some @ss hole got the good turn…

For starters, Lets see how many of them can show up for work on time when it is their duty day…

Some @ss hole tried to shift K.T attention by mentioned that I have remove the phone on my work station… Ha, I guess that all don’t know that it the company stand that I operate on the cordless phone…

Anyway let see who has the last laugh…

Yesterday I passed K.T the forms for customer undertaking for test drive and I told him that it is up to him to enforce the test drive records the sales people is giving to the “to be customers”

For the1st reason we will be sending the signal to those people who just wanted to test drive but not buying the car to think again because there is a price to pay if they try to be funny should anything bad happened.

2nd reason, we should not be giving “Tom, Dick, Harry, Mary or Jane” any test drive just for the kicks or fun.

The 3rd reason is if there is an accident or fine slaps to any of the trade plate we owned, at the very least we know who to go after if there is a records on who is driving that car at the point of time, but it will be more easy to solve any problem of this if his sales people don’t want to keep the records… Just pass them the fines or bills and ask them to settle in among themselves…

My jaw drop when J.N wanted me to book the customer with the air cond problem in tomorrow… because the news yesterday is there is not stock for the coil and it take 10 days to fly in the parts… But now he said the parts are here… wah… but he can’t for sure is the parts the right 1 and at the end of the day will I really see the real thing with my eyes…Now I am lost… what is what man?

I am very sure that there is a screw up some where somehow…

Guess what J.N called me at 1750hrs telling me that the coil for the above-mentioned car is not here… See!!! I knew it…. I just knew it… shit… what am I going to tell the customer now?
