Raining…

Mr S came today and complains that there is a foul smell in the cabin of the car after He parked the car for a few hours. I test drove the car with the foreman and we did a air cond check and found no defects, so I told Mr B that he can collect the car or if he still feel unsure he can leave the car over night so that we can confirm the smell come tomorrow…

At 1st Mr B was about to collect the car and go home but then came along his wife and she starts to scream at me, after she went on a while she suddenly said that the smell is from the leather seats and wanted me to replace all the leather seats. I was stunted for a moment but then I suddenly understand what is this shit all about (they wanted new leathers for the seats) So I informed her that the smell of the leather is normal and there is nothing I can do about it.

Then wonder boy came and tired to act smart by bringing the car outside to God only knows where and I don’t know what he did to the car but when I see the car again in the basement car park the air cond is in full blast and there are tissues with air freshener gel sticking out at the air cond vent… I guess that wonder boy did not know that the air freshener gel is very corrosive to the PVC air cond vents.

Later when Mr S came I invite him to sit in the showroom car to smell the leather and he still don’t want to admit that the smell in his car is normal. Haiz…. Didn’t know so much grief can be caused by this stupid customer…

Later in the noon I went to the PDI with my foreman to show the monkey there the shit that they have caused, at 1st the manager there try to run for cover but after I screw him left, right, centre, inside, out… he agree to replace the defect part…

Shit, why must I always have to jump on some1 to get things done?
