I was on leave today but I decided to cut it short to half day and return to office as I got no place to go…

When I got back to the office G.G and G.W told me that A.T tried to flame me at the sales meeting, K.T and B.W explain to her that I was right regarding what she brought up and it seem to me now she is acting blur about it…

Mr W.Y is calling me like mad from last night to this morning because his car can’t start. I did not want to answer any of his call because for 1 the hand phone he is calling is my personal phone and for 2 he has been abusing the goodwill I have been showing him… So… Good luck to you Mr W.Y

Mr B.H complains that his car was jerking and stalling when he start the car this morning but the problem here is when the car is in the workshop it is running perfect, and my foreman can't find any faulty with the car... so now I am in a fix again... basket why do thing like things keep happening?

One of the customer's wife whose big brother used to be one of the top management people tried to pull my foreman a fast 1 by puting words into his mouth... and End up I have to step in to put an end to all this shit...

There is this ang mo customer that has been giving us hell lot of problem form day 1 they pick up the car... today she came in and complain that the clutch and the brakes is very soft... But guess what the roller test show everything is fine... God I really don't know what to say to her...
