I was having a morning chat with 2 of my sales man and all of a sudden 2 of them told me I can use a new hair do to update my style… Shit… Am I really turning into an uncle?

Some funny guy Mr Ma calls up and told me he is the owner of this car and asked about year 2002 spare parts. I ask him for the car number so I can check is the stock available… he goes “Er… I can’t recall the number” (Yah you owned a car for a 3 years and you don’t know the number of your car) so I asked him what is his name as our system can check ownership by owners name… our dear friend goes “err…. I think it Lau…” stupid ape, you can’t be telling me you cannot recall what’s you name? I told him to check the name of the “real” owner or the number to the car b4 I can further check on the parts.
Our friend calls up a few min later and told me a set of number which turn up to be wrong… anyway I did a check by my own and I got hold of the “real” owner details and after checking I told how much the part cost and at the moment we are out of stock… but if he likes he can places an order for the item… Mr Ma suddenly got mad and starts yelling why you don’t have this item lar… why this thing is so expensive lar… so on and so for… for about 5 min…
Then, I asked him would him like to places an order for the part and leave his phone number so I can call him when the parts available… he goes “err... I … not sure should I order the part or not…” WTF Mr Ma you called up telling me you are the owner of this car but you don’t know your name, don’t know your car number and now you don’t know should you order the part or not? I thought you said you’re the owner of the car?
Mr Ma… I hate to nick pick you… but you’re a damn lousy crap in this crap telling thing…

K.T came to me again and asked me about the spec of the new car today again… A car that I did not have the spec sheet, a car that I have never hands on b4… sometime I can’t help but think what is wrong with the management? They don’t want to spent money on the spec sheets, they don’t want to spent money to upgrade our training, but expect us to know everything… haiz what the hell…

Some low life A$$ hole have knocked into 1 of my vehicle door leaving a dent… yo! A$$ hole, can’t you open your God damn doors carefully like me?
I hope the same happen to you every time you park your stupid vehicle at any car park.

Then I have this customer who call up my break down assistance hotline for help about a warning that show on the dash insert. I think he have given my break down guy M a hard time and thus M told him that there nothing he can do but to sent the car back to the work shop for further test, and so our friend Mr J sent in the car without any warning to me and wanted my to fix the problem, as he is dirving to m'sia today...
Well I told him if could be 1 of the sensor that is faulty and it's need to replaced but we need to carry out further test to confirm the problem. well I must be out of my right mind today because I take a quick look and told him the brake pads needs to be replace and I told him how much it cost... he got angry and start yelling at me after that he drove off and call my head office and demaned to speak to the management because he thought I trying to cheat his money or something...
Anyway some 1 pick up the call and ask me to return a call to this Mr J. I called him and told him if afrimed that the sensor is faulty we will replace it FOC for him as the car is still under warranty. and anyway it's fine with me it he do not replace the brake pads, after all it's not my car that the pads wears out. ( P.S don't run crying to me if your got into an accident when you can't stop your car in time.)

Still recall the guy I mentioned that no matter how you explain to him, he do not understand what is free service and what is not free service? he call up again today and wanted to speak the K.T and as K.T is busy he asked me to call this A$$ hole to see what he wanted...
Well I call him up and asked him what can I do to help and he yells at me that he only wanted to speck to the manager... so I told K.T to call him as there is nothing I can do about it... it's turns out he try to ask K.T for the free service by trying to set me up... anyway I show the sales agreement for this car to E.T the saleaman that sold the car to this A$$ hole and E.T called him and told him that there is nothing mentioned on the sale agreement that say free service. and this time this a$$ hole turn arround and told K.T I try to teach him things... W.T.F lar...don't tell you say I don't tell you... tell you, you turn around and say I try to be funny with you...
I have 6 words for you "I really feel sorry for you" Anyway I told E.T "what comes arounds, goes around..." because I have this feeling that he is clowning around with me with this stupid customer of his...
Another thing is he wanted to claim the wind screen because there is a chip on it and some how he called a lady in my main office and ask her about it so what happen is she asked me how and I told her to informed the owner to drive to the body repair center and get the paper work and stuffs done but it seem that he die die wanted to sent it to me... guess he did not know that the turn over time is longer if sent to me as the body repair people need to come and pick up the car and sent it back to me when they are done with it....
As if I give a shit about it.... it's you not me going without a car longer because you die die don't want to sent the car the body repair center by youself...
